Born in Cassino, Italy in 1941, Pietro was always passionate about cars. Alongside his younger brother Joe, they worked on cars in their hometown. Then, in the early 60’s, Pietro and his wife Lucia immigrated to Canada where they had their four kids: Tony, Rita, Bruno and Mario.

Pietro worked 15 hour shifts and hustled everyday to provide for his family. He faced bankruptcy 4 times and never let that stop him from being a successful business owner.

Now, Pietro is enjoying his retirement and watching his kids and grandkids grow his company to new heights.

Fun fact about Pietro: he makes a phenomenal frittata 👨‍🍳 🍳

Born in 1947 in Cassino, Italy, Joe shared the same passion as his older brother: mechanics. He immigrated to Canada in the early 60s alongside his wife, Antonietta. The couple had three children: Carmela, Maria and Paolo.    Joe is an extremely hard working man who loves mechanics. In 1990, having over 50 years of experience, he devoted his career to diesel mechanics.    Now, Joe spends his days golfing, cooking and gardening.    Fun fact about Joe: he has a spectacular garden that is ready as of May every year! 🪴 🌸 👨🏼‍🌾

Born in 1963 in Montreal, Tony Vizzaccaro is the eldest of four children. As a young child, Tony always had a passion for cars and his father had him working in his shop as of 12 years old. In the 1980s, he decided to go to school and become an aircraft maintenance engineer. At the time of his graduation, jobs were very difficult to find in this field, so Tony decided to join the family business full-time.    After his father suffered an illness in 1986, Tony took over the family business and hasn’t stopped since! He has worked tirelessly since then and when we ask him about retirement he says “what’s that?”    The father of two (soon to be three!) is the heart and soul of our company. His hard work and passion are major contributors to Autocare’s success.    Fun fact about Tony: he’s a master at grilling tomahawk steaks 🥩 🔪

Born in 1967, Bruno Vizzaccaro always had an entrepreneurial spirit! Just like his older brother, he started working for his dad at 12 years old.    Bruno had no intentions on joining the family business, in fact, he enrolled in Bio Chemistry at the university of McGill. In the late 80s, he took over his fathers business alongside Tony. Since then, Bruno has been the visionary for the business and is always focused on its growth.    Bruno is also an extremely devoted father and a family man. He is passionate about bettering others and has acted as a mentor in many people’s lives.    He is also very involved in his community: he held weekly car segments live on the radio for 20 years, he created the women’s car care clinics, he is the chairman of the board for the Laurier McDonald Vocational Center, he is the VP of the board of the Fourchette de  L’Espoir and so much more. His involvement in different organizations has been a catalyst for our growth.    Combined with the hard working nature of his brother, this incredibly disciplined and entrepreneurial individual is the reason behind Autocare’s innovative and creative ideas.    Fun fact about Bruno: he has a love for fitness and has competed in multiple body building competitions 💪

Similar to his partner Frank, Pat joined the Autocare team in the early 90s. He started his career as a gas attendant and then evolved into a service advisor.    In 2001, the opportunity arose for him and Frank to buy and manage the Jean Talon location. He currently takes care of the administration at this center.    Pat is a devoted father and an entrepreneur at heart. He has built a very strong and loyal clientele that he has been servicing for over 30 years.    Fun fact about Pat: he also is a hunter 🦌 🦆

Based at the Autocare Jean-Talon location, Frank has been working for the company for over 30 years.    As a young child, Frank intended on becoming an electrician. However, due to a lack of jobs in this field at the time, he decided to become a mechanic.    He joined Autocare in 1991 as a technician and 10 years later, he became a manager and owner.    Frank is an extremely knowledgeable mechanic and a family man. He is very dedicated to his job and has been a mentor to many of our other technicians. He is considered the problem solver for all of Autocare.    Fun fact about Frank: he LOVES to hunt 🦌 🦆

Youngest of three children, Paolo’s dream was to become an actor. He went to school and graduated university with a bachelors in Finance. Afterwards, he got a job at a bank and thought he would work in this field for good.    After realizing this industry wasn’t for him, Paolo joined Autocare and worked with his cousin Tony. He was a service advisor at our Des Grandes Prairies location for some time before opening Saint Michel with PJ. Now, Paolo owns and operates Castrol Laval full time.    Paolo is a businessman, a visionary and an extremely hardworking man. Like all of our associates, his family is his number one priority.    Lucky for us, he is the star of our Instagram page and is putting his acting skills to good use!    Fun fact about Paolo: He is a golfer 🏌️‍♂️ ⛳️

Owner of our Saint-Michel location. PJ was born into the family business. As a young child, PJ was very passionate about cars and always knew he would work for Autocare. His father, Bruno, always encouraged him to go to school and try other things before deciding to work for him. However, PJ knew deep down that Autocare was the place for him.    PJ spent most of his childhood hanging around the garage. As a teenager, he worked as a gas attendant at our Montreal North location. After graduating mechanics school, PJ joined the business full time as a technician.    A couple of years into his career, he was offered a job as a teacher at the same mechanic school he attended. He was working full time at his dad’s garage and working as a teacher at night.    Now, PJ owns and operates Autocare Saint-Michel alongside Paolo. He is a master technician, devoted businessman and a real family man!    Fun fact about PJ: he can play the drums 🥁 🎼
